We decided to go to breakfast as a family. After we got done there we had errands that were close to the restaurant. So
we did those and by the time we got home it was so hot and I was tired. So I was going to run at night and one thing led
led to another and I never went. I will also add I was very upset that we did not get home in time and other things took
priority over my run. I guess I didn't take time! I can blame no one but myself. I was last on my list instead of first.So as
you can imagine I had a hard day on Sunday because I was tired and run down. So today when I went running I was lagging
on the course. I started out walking fast to stretch much neglected muscles and when I went to run I couldn't. No, seriously,
I just couldn't. So I did 3/4 mile and then stopped and waited for my friend to be finished with her run. I then took the
opportunity to go out by myself for the run and it was easier but I was not able to run the whole thing. I went another
3/4 mile and I did run a lot but not the whole thing as I had expected. So a little disappointment but tomorrow
I am going to kick butt! My shins still hurt!!!! Good news, my ankle doesn't hurt any more. Run hard and enjoy......Bye
