First sick day

So waking up today I felt like I had a hangover. I was weak and sick and feeling awful. I will not bother with the particulars as i am sure you are not interested. However, I called my running buddies and canceled today's run. And I slept. We are doing today run tomorrow on the day I am supposed to be off. I think, though, that I will walk/run at Sara's soccer practice tonight. There is a nice park close by and that will be enough to get a little something in today and then I wont feel like I am cheating even though I am not. I am feeling a little better but it will not stop me either way tomorrow.....It might be a crazy day I have ahead.....Bye
