this is the new schedule I am on in my training. I am already on week 2 and so on Saturday I will be kickin up to 4 miles....yikes! I am still sore in my shins but not so bad. I didn't get the walk run I was hoping for today but no fear I was running the basement and lovin it. I guess to run the basement for 45 minutes equals the same thing anyway. I am not so talkative today so for now...BYE
