I am going running today in the afternoon with one of my girlfriends that I have run with before. I am pretty excited. Since I didnt feel good this weekend, and still feel under my best, I am going to take it easy but i want to get in at least 4  m iles today. time is slowly ticking by and i am running out of running time. I am hosting dinner for 50 on Thursday so I have been caught up in that today and it will be a welcome relief to run. It is rainy and gloomy but I am sure I will see something outside that will make it worth going. Tomorrow I am going to a hockey game and I want to run before that so I will have to make it a morning trip. We will see how that goes. bye
