wow, it is so beautiful here and the conditions couldn't be better for running. I had stay in bed pain today so I did not get the chance to run but bright and early tomorrow morning I am out there. I started weight watchers today and it is so hard to start off. I forgot and few times and found a few indulgences were harder to give up. I passed on cookies and I passed on ice cream but the pepsi was more than I could take and I partook!!!! AHHH, it was soooooooo nice!
Ok, I will work hard at that one. I made a soup or dinner that was delicious. Lentils, split peas and chicken broth. I added a little alphabet pasta for the children but other than that it was so healthy and so good.
So I had a piece of whole wheat toast
2 pieces of french bread pizza. Each half loaf was cut into 5 pieces.
Almost a 2liter of pepsi
1 1/2 cups soup

This is it for now. Wish me luck on my run tomorrow. And good luck to all of you as well

Nice Job! I think weight watchers is such a good program! I've done it on my own and it really was good for me. It helped me eat less and feel good (without being hungry all the time). Just remember to not beat yourself up if you don't get it right at first. Just learn from your mistakes and keep going. It takes 21 days to make something a habit!

HI there! I just came across your blog - I'm trying to do the exact same thing. I find it gets easier (in a way), but then just as hard because you're always pushing harder. I'm training for a half marathon, which is in 13 weeks time! So scary. Hope you're going well xx

Hi, just found your blog and I love it. I am a fat runner too, so its nice to find some gal pals who are running as well despite our size. Good luck on the WW. This year was the first time I ever tried it. I petered out in Feb, but restarted this past Monday. You're my hero for running!

Congratulations on joining WW. I'm a member and I do know that it will work if you work it!

Oh and you wanted to know what I think (a question from your first blog post), right? Okay, I think you're C-R-A-Z-Y!!! Just like me! LOL And I love it! I've mentioned to people that I want to start running again, but at 252 lbs., they give me a sweet smile and blow me off.

Well, I am sooooo glad I stumbled upon your blog, via a Google search. I was looking to see if there were any other beginning runners of my size and there you were. Thank you for being here. Reading your blog has motivated me to go ahead and start my walk-to-run program tomorrow morning. Like you said, "if you can do it, anyone can". I believe that.

I sure hope you're still running. I plan on visiting your blog often, so please continue posting. And I hope you don't mind, but I'm linking your blog to mine. I'll be back soon to check on you.

Take care and God bless you, sweet sista.
